Companionship Contract

On this date, (DATE), a contract of companionship is hereby enacted between (Mans Name) and (Womans Name.

We hereby stipulate:
I. That we enter this agreement freely and with no legal reservations.: Neither party has no outstanding contracts, no threats of enslavement, has not been branded or marked in any way and attest to their full freedom.
II. That we will uphold honor: To each other and the Castes of which we both reside within, (Free Woman) agrees to respect and honor the Caste of which her Companion is within, as she would her own.
Both parties will respect and honor each other. She will act to the man's credit. He will remember that she is a free woman unless she acts in immodest, disgraceful and/or disrespectful manner. The woman will have the right to discuss motives or intentions with the man in private if she wishes, but will always abide by the man's decisions.
III. That we support duty to Caste:
The woman shall continue her work and/or studies in her caste if such work and/or studies are being taken before the contract is in effect. She will not let it interfere with her duties to the man, nor will she let her work and/or studies falter. The man accepts her caste work and will support her in it so that she may excel. The woman, however, shall not utilize such work or studies as an excuse to neglect her duties to her Free Companion.
IV. That we share ownership of property and maintain the household:
Once contract is signed, property of both parties is joined. The woman will maintain the household, including living stock, and will have full rights over such property. The only exception is selling or destruction of such property in any way, such will be deemed by the man. Acquisition of new slave property should be discussed beforehand, with exception made for gifts and forced collaring.
Upon termination of this contract, should it not be renewed, each party will retain ownership of existing property, above stated, that was theirs before the contract term. Any property or financial assets obtained during the course of the companionship will be divided as the man sees fit.
V. That we will produce children:
The man will sire children with the woman to insure continuation of his bloodline. The woman shall bear, raise and educate all offspring in accordance with the man's wishes. The woman will bear as many children as may happen or as the man wants. She will not prevent pregnancy by taking Noble Wine without the knowledge of the man. Upon termination of this contract, should it not be renewed, the man shall determine who will raise the children. These children will keep their caste of birth which is the caste of their father.
VI. That we agree to guardianship and discipline:
As a component of this contract, the man does assume legal guardianship for the woman above all previous blood, household, or contract agreements. The man speaks for her in all legal and financial matters, and assumes the responsibility for her behavior should there ever be a question of its modesty or legality. As such, the man may discipline the woman in any manner he sees fit and that complies with the Laws, up to and including enslavement.

This companionship contract is valid for one Gorean year (3 Earth months) from the date enacted.
This companionship contract will be terminated, and rendered null and void in the event either party dies or is permanently enslaved.
