AR’S STATION: THE SCARLET BENCH
MILITARY EDICT: By order of the High Council and the Marshal of the Garrison. Let it be known to the Home Stone of [TARGET CITY NAME] that the forces of Ar’s Station have been mobilized. We come to settle accounts with steel. This document establishes the legal framework for the coming conflict.
❖ THE CAUSE OF WAR (REASON FOR RAID) ❖
The Scarlet Bench declares this raid for the following cause: [ ] RETALIATION: Response for previous slights against the Home Stone. [ ] ALLIANCE: Assisting an ally in their rightful grievance. [ ] SPOILS: To claim the loot, grain, and slaves of the target territory.
❖ ARTICLES OF ENGAGEMENT (WARRIOR'S CODE) ❖
I. MODERATION & OVERSIGHT A minimum of one Moderator is required. If the defending city cannot provide an impartial witness, Ar’s Station shall supply one to ensure the Code of the Warrior is upheld.
II. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF LOCAL LAW By receipt of this document, the Raid Commander of Ar's Station acknowledges they have read the local laws of the target city and agrees to be bound by them for the duration of the conflict.
III. THE GREEN IMMUNITY Members of the Physician Caste (Greens) from either side are considered non-combatants. They shall not be attacked, harmed, or captured. Their presence is for the healing of the fallen only.
IV. DIPLOMATIC SANCTITY Ambassadors and their entourages are granted safe passage. They may not be killed or collared during pre- or post-raid diplomacy. Any guard accompanying an envoy who violates local sim laws may be detained.
V. THE CODE OF STEEL (GENDER PROTOCOL) Ar's Station does not recognize or roleplay with female mercenaries, warriors, or outlaws.
Any such individuals intervening in the defense are subject to Automatic Enslavement (The Collar).
Ar’s Station reserves the right to decline the raid if such forces are present. Panthers and Talunas are the only recognized exceptions.
VI. AIR & NAVAL LOGISTICS (TARNS) No more than two (2) Tarns are permitted for use at Ar's Station. All Tarn-flight must be roleplayed with boarding and disembarking from ships or stables, as distance requires calculated transit.
VII. THE RATIO OF BLOOD To ensure an honorable fight, the attacking force may number no more than [+2] over the current number of defenders present at the time of the strike.
