- The first person on the scene is responsible for the report unless a Magistrate is involved—then it’s their duty.
- If you cannot write, request assistance from a Scribe or Warrior Clerk.
- NPC submission is acceptable if no help is available.

📝 Identification of Reporting Party
- Warrior or Magistrate Initiating Report:
Sign your name and legacy name.
Affix your official seal.
Date the report.
- If completed by a Clerk or Scribe on behalf of the reporting person:
Sign your name and legacy name on their behalf.

-Location of Incident: Specify where it occurred.
-Date of Incident: Use day/month/year format if possible.
-Summary: Provide a clear, objective, and concise summary of what happened.

2b. 📝 Involved Parties & Witnesses
-Parties Involved:
List names and legacy names for each involved person.
-Witnesses:
List names and legacy names for each witness.
-Witness Statements (if applicable):
Include a brief summary or full written statements from each witness.

3. 📝 Immediate Resolution
(Refer to the Street Level Crimes NC in the Warrior Pack)
- List:
Names of those penalized (with legacy name)
Any warnings issued.
Any punishment or fine rendered.
Date punishment was rendered.
Name of person rendering punishment (with legacy name).

4. 📝 Arrest Information
(Refer to the Gaol Handbook)
- For each arrested person:
Name (legacy name)
Class assigned at time of arrest
Items confiscated during search
Note: All arrests require follow-up legal action.

- Add any relevant notes or explanations.
Note NPC guard assignments or other actions taken if applicable.

Warriors: Drop it in the RED Incident Report Mailbox on the Admin Building.

6. ✅ Clerk or Scribe Verification for Completeness
- Warrior clerk or Scribe must sign off to ensure that every part of the report was
completed. This is just a quick check step to make sure every part was done.
-A clerk/scribe must:
Sign (with legacy name)
Seal
Date the report

Drop it in the Legal Mailbox next to Warrior Hall after verification.

7. 🔹 LEGAL SECTION 🔹
Magistrate Review
- Fill out the Resolution section.
Attach or reference any Applicable Documents (e.g., warrants).
Add Further Comments or Detail.
Sign (with legacy name), Seal, and Date.

Drop report in the RED Incident Report Mailbox.

8. 🔹 ARCHIVE & RECORD-KEEPING 🔹
✅ Final Review for Completion/Warrants/Resolutions
- Legal Clerk or Scribe:

else has been completed and signed off on.
