This document is the highest level of diplomatic agreement in Gor. It signifies the end of hostilities and the formal "knotted cord" of friendship between two Home Stones. In Ar’s Station, such a treaty is a cause for city-wide celebration (or deep political grumbling) and is signed in the presence of the High Council.
