Event: Public celebration. Peak season for Registry of Free Companionship filings.
Scribe's Task: Process backlogged companionship contracts.
3. THE FESTIVAL OF THE GOURD (Autumn Harvest)
Date: September 22 – September 27
Event: Harvest and Wine. Merchants must file Shipping & Trade Manifests for winter stores.
Scribe's Task: Audit the Cistern and Water Permits.
4. THE PASSAGE OF THE TWELVE GLASSES (New Year’s Eve)
Date: Winter Solstice (Dec 21)
Event: Vigil of the Initiates. No law may be enacted during these 12 glasses.
