EXCOMMUNICATION: No citizen shall offer the Outlaw bread, water, or fire. To aid an Outlaw is to share their fate.
THE HUNT: The Outlaw is "Beyond the Law." Any person, Free or Slave, may slay this individual without trial. No blood-price shall be paid for their life.
