By decree of the Merchant Benches, the following restrictions apply to those named above:
DENIAL OF EXCHANGE: No licensed Merchant shall accept their coin or goods.
REVOCATION OF STALLS: Any marketplace licenses held by the defaulter are revoked.
PUBLIC SHAME: This list shall be read aloud at the North and South Gates at every third glass of the sun.
BOUNTY: If the debt exceeds [____] Gold Tarsks, the individual is subject to Seizure for Debt-Slavery.
